Country house living at its best
Great Bidlake Manor is private yet accessible and when you stay you will enjoy the exclusive use of this historic house and its grounds. This is a luxury holiday get-away. Memories are made here.
There is masses of space and things to do. Children can entertain themselves in the Games Room with its snooker table, board games, large TV and PlayStation.
Challenge each other to a game of chess under the medieval wooden roof in the Solar, read a book by the open fire in the library, or cosy up on a comfortable sofa in the TV room and watch a film. Listen to your favourite music on our Sonos multi-room system.
Take a stroll around the grounds overlooking the River Lew valley. Children will enjoy using our microscope to explore the interesting things they find. There are footballs and nets, junior cricket sets and all sorts of other sporting equipment for you to use. Why not make up some cold Pimm's and enjoy an afternoon of croquet on the lawn?
Country Life Magazine describes it as "a rural idyll" and we've received some outstanding Testimonials.
